About the role

Prosegur Guatemala is looking for an Agency Manager for its Teculután branch. The role is responsible for leading daily operations, ensuring efficient logistics, and delivering the service levels expected by clients.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate agency staff to achieve performance targets.
• Optimize route planning and logistical processes to improve efficiency.
• Monitor and guarantee compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Coordinate with headquarters on operational standards and reporting.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for employees and clients.

Required profile

• Minimum three (3) years of proven experience in a similar managerial role, preferably in security, logistics or related services.
• Strong leadership abilities and experience managing teams.
• Result‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding objectives.
• Residence in Teculután or nearby areas.
