About the role
We are looking for a motivated Store Assistant to join our Miniso outlet in Naranjo. The role involves greeting customers, maintaining product displays and supporting daily store operations in a fast‑paced retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers, providing product information and recommendations.
- Maintain tidy and organized shelves, restock merchandise, and ensure visual standards are met.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point‑of‑sale system.
- Handle inventory checks and report any stock discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals.
Required profile
- Male candidate, of legal adult age.
- Completed secondary education (high school diploma).
- Flexible availability to work varied store schedules.
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Strong customer orientation, teamwork and responsibility.
