Revenue Management Specialist – Trade Spend Strategy

About the role

PepsiCo is seeking a Revenue Management Specialist to lead trade spend strategy for Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. The role will guide investment decisions, promotional effectiveness, and resource allocation to drive profitable growth across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead governance of approximately $21 million annual trade spend, aligning investments with business priorities and profitability targets.
• Develop and recommend allocation of trade investments by customer, channel, and promotional mechanic based on ROI analysis.
• Provide advanced promotional simulations and scenario planning to support pricing, promotion, and assortment decisions.
• Assess financial impact of promotional investments on revenue, gross margin, market share and NOPBT, and propose corrective actions.
• Establish performance measurement frameworks to evaluate incremental volume, promotional ROI, customer profitability and trade efficiency.
• Conduct post‑event evaluations and identify structural opportunities to improve promotional productivity.
• Lead deployment, adoption and continuous improvement of trade promotion optimization tools and processes.
• Develop best practices, operating standards and training programs for the organization.

Required profile

• Subject‑matter expert in trade spend management and revenue optimization.
• Strategic advisor capable of influencing commercial decisions through data‑driven insights.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in scenario planning and ROI evaluation.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and drive alignment across finance, sales and marketing.
