About the role
We are looking for a Robotics Engineer to design, implement, and validate software components for production‑grade robotics programs. The position is fully remote, supporting collaboration across time zones.
Key responsibilities
- Design, implement, and validate ROS2 nodes, services, and messages.
- Build perception pipelines using computer vision and sensor fusion.
- Develop SLAM and localization modules with performance benchmarks.
- Implement motion planning and navigation behaviors for reliable autonomy.
- Tune control loops and trajectory tracking to improve stability and reduce error.
- Create simulation test scenarios in Gazebo (or equivalent) and run regression/performance testing.
- Define acceptance criteria and QA checks for safety‑critical edge cases.
- Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and product teams to ship dependable robot capabilities.
Required profile
- Mid‑senior robotics engineering experience with end‑to‑end ownership of modules.
- Strong Linux and software engineering fundamentals.
- Experience shipping production features with code review, testing, and CI/CD.
