About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Advisor to join our retail team at MAX Los Celajes de Quiché. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing knowledgeable guidance on mobile phones and related technology to help them make the right purchase.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers on the sales floor.
- Explain product features, benefits, and specifications of mobile devices.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Close sales and achieve daily/weekly targets.
- Maintain a tidy and organized sales area.
Required profile
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales.
- Passion for mobile phones and technology.
- Availability to work weekends and in shopping‑center hours.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a responsible attitude.
