About the role
We're not looking for employees. We're looking for people we can develop into future leaders. This is an SDR to AE Development Role: a sales leadership training program where you work directly with our founder, who has personally trained hundreds of SDRs and developed dozens into AE and leadership roles.
Key responsibilities
- Make daily outbound calls and engage prospects on the phone.
- Participate in real‑time coaching and feedback sessions.
Required profile
- Thick skin.
- Student mentality.
- Self‑awareness.
- Professional level English speaking ability.
What we offer
- Performance‑based pay ranging from $1,500 to $2,000 per month.
- No ceiling on earnings as production grows.
