Sales Development Representative

About the role

Palm Era is looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Sales Development Representative to drive new business opportunities in the B2B tech sector across Latin America and international markets. The role focuses on lead generation, prospect qualification, and supporting the sales team in building a robust pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through outbound and inbound prospecting for Latin America and global markets.
• Support marketing programs such as webinars, email, and digital campaigns.
• Research target companies and key decision‑makers online.
• Initiate contact via phone, email, and LinkedIn to schedule meetings.
• Assist in organizing and executing marketing and sales events.
• Manage the CRM system and maintain the leads database.
• Participate in regular follow‑up meetings with marketing and sales teams.
• Stay updated on B2B sales trends, tools, and best practices.

Required profile

• Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• 3+ years of experience in SDR, BDR, tech sales, or similar roles, preferably in SaaS or digital agencies.
• Proven knowledge of the tech industry and B2B sales processes.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and objection‑handling abilities.
• Results‑oriented mindset with resilience to meet pipeline targets.
• Excellent time‑management and research skills.

Required skills

• Experience with Salesforce CRM.
• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with sales automation tools.
