Sales Director, LATAM North

About the role

As Sales Director for the LATAM North region, you will own the end‑to‑end Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) engine, turning demand, supply, product and financial plans into a synchronized growth strategy. You will lead executive governance forums, drive scenario planning and ensure the organization stays ahead of market dynamics.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the S&OP process across markets, brands and product portfolios, aligning demand forecasts with Rough‑Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP).
• Steer critical business decisions through executive‑friendly presentations and timely financial forecasts.
• Expand S&OP focus from tactical to strategic horizons (3 months to 2‑5 years) and integrate revenue and profitability targets.
• Build structured programs for visibility and collaboration with distribution partners and suppliers, defining shared performance metrics.
• Champion SAP IBP, analytics and digital tools to improve forecast accuracy, data quality and responsiveness.
• Drive continuous improvement of forums, metrics and data quality across internal and external partners.
• Establish supply‑chain data management and business‑intelligence capabilities for end‑to‑end performance measurement.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading S&OP or Integrated Business Planning initiatives in a multinational environment.
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and present complex data in an executive‑friendly format.
• Track record of delivering measurable improvements in service levels, profitability and operational performance.
• Excellent analytical mindset with a focus on scenario planning and risk management.
