Sales Manager – AI & Contact Center Solutions

About the role

Net2phone is looking for an AI Agent Sales Lead to shape the go‑to‑market strategy and drive revenue growth of its new AI Agent product. You will lead a dedicated sales team, act as the product’s subject‑matter expert, and translate technical capabilities into clear business value for prospects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and expand a sales team focused on the AI Agent product across phone, chat and other channels.
• Define and execute the go‑to‑market and sales strategy, including pricing, positioning, target segments and sales playbooks.
• Set individual and team targets, monitor pipeline health and report performance against revenue goals.
• Present the AI Agent solution to customers and partners, delivering demos and articulating its natural language processing, conversational AI and automation benefits.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Customer Success to align messaging, gather market feedback and influence the product roadmap.
• Develop training and enablement materials for the sales team.
• Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise and mid‑market prospects, participating in complex or strategic deals.
• Monitor market trends in conversational AI and customer‑experience automation.
• Establish KPIs, reporting cadences and present results to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Strong commercial leadership with a solid understanding of artificial intelligence and conversational technologies.
• Proven ability to build and lead a specialized sales team.
• Experience defining sales strategies for new technology products.
• Excellent communication skills to act as a product and AI subject‑matter expert.
