Sales Representative (SLED) – Guatemala

About the role

eMazzanti Technologies is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to drive growth in the State, Local, and Education (SLED) market in Guatemala. You will act as a trusted advisor, understanding client challenges and positioning eMazzanti’s IT consulting, hardware, software cybersecurity and professional services solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities, consistently exceeding sales quotas through strategic account acquisition and expansion.
• Build decision‑making relationships with city, county, state and education agencies and navigate public‑sector procurement processes such as RFPs, RFIs, CMAS and cooperative purchasing agreements.
• Design and execute territory plans focused on enterprise IT transformation, modernization and professional services.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasting and pipeline visibility while representing eMazzanti at industry events and conferences.

Required profile

• 1‑4 years of successful enterprise sales experience in the public sector (SLED) with a focus on IT consulting, digital transformation or professional services.
• Strong knowledge of public‑sector procurement vehicles and ability to influence C‑level executives, procurement officials and technical stakeholders.
• Self‑starter with proven account‑strategy leadership and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Established relationships within state, local or educational agencies are a plus, as is familiarity with government technology priorities such as cloud adoption, AI and data‑driven decision‑making.
