Sales Specialist – Remote B2B Sales Role

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Sales Specialist to join our growing team. In this remote position you will build relationships, identify prospects, and close deals while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers through outbound and inbound sales activities.
• Qualify leads, understand needs, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Deliver sales presentations, product demos, and follow‑up calls.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM records.
• Build and nurture long‑term client relationships.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts where applicable.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales quotas and KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a sales role such as Sales Specialist, Sales Representative or Account Executive.
• Strong track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho or similar).
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other lead‑generation tools.
• Outbound prospecting, cold calling and email outreach.
