About the role

As part of its expansion and optimization of commercial operations across its business units, the corporation is looking for a Sales Trainer & Consultant for a 3-month project. You will lead training initiatives, strengthen commercial capabilities and standardize sales processes for one of its key corporate brands.

Key responsibilities

Assess current sales methodologies
Build tailored enablement materials
Deliver intensive training sessions to improve closing ratios, objection handling and alignment with the brand's value proposition
Drive measurable revenue growth through structured training

Required profile

3+ years of proven experience as a Sales Trainer, Sales Coach, Sales Consultant or similar role
Strong background in direct, B2B or B2C sales with a track record of exceeding targets
Demonstrated ability to create engaging, hands-on instructional materials and workshops
Exceptional communication, presentation and mentoring skills
Data-driven mindset, able to link training activities to business performance
