Senior Account Executive – Guatemala (Consultant)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our consultant pool and support our clients in Guatemala. You will lead public‑relations and influencer‑marketing projects, ensuring strategic communication delivers measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate and execute public‑relations proposals for assigned brands.
• Plan, develop and manage events and related projects.
• Design and implement influencer‑marketing campaigns for multiple accounts.
• Maintain strong relationships with media outlets and negotiate with suppliers.
• Prepare budgets, monitor spending and ensure financial control.
• Create client presentations, progress reports and performance results.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a public‑relations agency managing accounts.
• Proven experience designing and executing influencer‑marketing strategies.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of 360° PR strategies, media management and event planning.
• Ability to work autonomously, meet deadlines and invoice for services rendered.
• Excellent written communication, spelling and presentation skills.
