Senior Business Analyst – CXAI Operations Enablement

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our CXAI Operations Enablement team. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor to business and finance stakeholders, turning strategic priorities into measurable financial outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Support financial tracking, reporting, and forecasting across CXAI programs.
• Drive monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, long‑term and strategic planning processes.
• Develop and maintain global indirect‑cost financial planning and analysis.
• Provide finance support, including financial analysis and business‑case development.
• Validate forecast and budget assumptions, reviewing risks and opportunities across business units.
• Translate complex financial and operational insights into clear, actionable narratives.
• Prepare and present high‑quality executive materials, financial summaries, reports, and presentations for governance forums.
• Partner with leadership to align business and financial strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong ability to communicate complex data to senior executives.
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher (mandatory).
• Experience working in a hybrid environment across multiple countries.
