Senior Business Solution Architect – Finance & Accounting

About the role

Conduent is seeking a Senior Business Solution Architect to design end‑to‑end Finance & Accounting outsourcing solutions for Fortune‑100 clients and large government entities. The role blends deep F&A operational expertise with business‑process transformation, benchmarking, and commercial modeling to create scalable, outcome‑based offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Design comprehensive Finance & Accounting service delivery models across Source‑to‑Pay, Order‑to‑Cash, and Record‑to‑Report.
• Develop staffing, governance, and service‑management frameworks using onshore, nearshore, offshore, and hybrid delivery options.
• Identify automation opportunities with workflow, AI, OCR, RPA, and analytics solutions.
• Leverage internal and external benchmarks to build productivity, cost, and performance models.
• Lead RFP/RFI responses, crafting solution narratives, executive summaries, and commercial recommendations.
• Facilitate client discovery workshops, present recommendations to executives, and act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle.
• Define transition plans, risk mitigation strategies, and continuous‑improvement frameworks for new engagements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting operations, consulting, outsourcing or shared services.
• 3+ years designing F&A outsourcing or managed‑services solutions.
• Proven track record supporting large‑scale RFP responses and competitive pursuits.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP and Oracle.
• Knowledge of automation technologies including RPA, OCR, AI, and workflow platforms.
• Financial modeling and benchmarking expertise.
