Senior Financial Planning Analyst – Guatemala/El Salvador

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Financial Planning Analyst to join TELUS Digital’s operations team supporting Opex management across Guatemala and El Salvador. In this hybrid role you will partner with business leaders to provide budgeting, forecasting and analytical insights that drive cost efficiency and finance transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting and monthly reporting for operating expenses across multiple functions.
• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards and reports to monitor Opex performance and identify trends.
• Conduct variance analysis, highlight spending risks and opportunities, and present insights to stakeholders.
• Assist with month‑end close activities including accruals, allocations and reconciliations.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across planning and reporting systems, and automate recurring reports where possible.
• Collaborate with Accounting and Finance teams to validate data and meet reporting requirements.
• Identify and implement process improvements, standardization and automation initiatives for FP&A.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience managing operating expenses.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and influence business decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
