Senior Fullstack Software Engineer AI + PHP + React

About the role

Join 3Pillar Global as a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer, working on AI‑driven development workflows and building scalable solutions with PHP, Laravel and React.

Key responsibilities

• Write efficient, testable, secure and high‑quality code for both backend (PHP/Laravel) and frontend (React) components.
• Use AI‑assisted tools such as GitHub Copilot and spec‑driven development to accelerate delivery.
• Perform Software Composition Analysis (SCA) and drive remediation of security issues.
• Design and implement scalable AI and LLM‑based workflows with observability.
• Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Own projects from design through launch, including code reviews and technical debt remediation.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in modern PHP (PHP 8.x) and Laravel framework.
• Proven ability to own features from design to production with minimal supervision.
• Deep understanding of system design, architecture and solving ambiguous technical challenges.
• Experience with AI‑assisted coding tools and rigorous prompt‑engineering practices.
• Familiarity with legacy modernization, micro‑services and modular service design.
