Senior Marketing Analyst – Hydration & Energy

About the role

This position supports the Hydration & Energy portfolio at PepsiCo, helping to drive marketing initiatives, analyze business performance, and coordinate with internal teams and agencies. You will work closely with the brand leader to ensure timely execution of brand plans and strategic projects.

Key responsibilities

• Track marketing plans and execution calendars for Hydration & Energy brands.
• Assist in developing and launching campaigns, product innovations, and activations.
• Analyze brand and category KPIs such as volume, share, penetration, distribution, campaign performance, and market trends.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and business updates, highlighting insights and opportunities.
• Coordinate daily work with creative, media, research agencies and other partners.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Trade Marketing, Insights, Finance, and Supply to ensure proper execution of initiatives.
• Monitor budgets, purchase orders, and administrative processes.
• Support consumer and category understanding, competitive analysis, and market trend monitoring.
• Ensure point‑of‑sale communication materials align with brand strategy.
• Provide direct support to the Hydration & Energy leader on strategic projects and business needs.

Required profile

• Graduate or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing, Commercial or related areas.
• Analytical, organized, and execution‑focused mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Interest in brands, consumers, innovation and market trends.
• Proactive, curious and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
