Senior Project Manager

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead and manage software development projects from conception through delivery. The role ensures projects are completed on time, within scope and budget, while meeting client objectives and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor software product development projects.
• Define project scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams using SCRUM methodologies.
• Track progress, manage risks, and report status to stakeholders.
• Ensure client requirements are understood and fulfilled.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field; Master’s in Project Management is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing IT projects, preferably in banking or technology.
• Strong service orientation and client‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work in a partially remote (hybrid) environment.

Required skills

• SCRUM methodology.
• Programming languages (advanced knowledge).
• Project management tools such as Microsoft Project.
