Sourcing Manager (Category Manager)

About the role

The Strategic Sourcing Manager will lead purchase planning for multiple projects, collaborating with Business Development, Implementation teams, external agencies and suppliers to ensure high‑quality, competitively priced solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and develop a high volume of solution proposals for multiple projects.
• Perform procurement and project management aligned with client objectives.
• Manage communication channels to ensure smooth workflow and clear specifications.
• Supervise bid requests, send bids to selected vendors and ensure savings targets are met.
• Investigate potential suppliers, recommend based on capabilities and schedule availability.
• Handle disputes with suppliers and partner with the Client Engagement Team.
• Provide strategic support to improve purchasing effectiveness.
• Partner with VP of Implementation to align departmental priorities.
• Manage tender pricing, due diligence, supplier analysis and overall supplier relationships.
• Negotiate vendor contracts and ensure continuity of supply through strong partnerships.

Required profile

• 5+ years of sourcing and purchasing experience, preferably in print and temporary display materials.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Advanced English and Spanish proficiency.
• Proven project management experience.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.

Required skills

• Highly proficient with MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience negotiating job costs and schedules with suppliers.
