Spa Agent

About the role

Marriott Hotels & Resorts is hiring a Spa Agent to welcome guests to the spa, guide them through its facilities and support their treatments. The role combines guest service, housekeeping of the spa areas and attention to safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Give guests general spa orientation on arrival, including the location and use of locker rooms, lounge areas and hospitality stations
• Offer guests amenities such as water, juice or heated neck pillows, and answer questions about property information and amenities
• Escort guests to and from treatment rooms
• Check the computer regularly during the day for schedule updates and changes
• Maintain cleanliness of the workstation, treatment rooms, spa/salon locker room and lounge areas, and dispose of trash and dirty linens properly
• Secure supplies and equipment at the end of each shift and stock towels, linens, supplies and amenities in the locker room, lounges and hospitality stations
• Report accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions to the manager, complete safety training and certifications, and follow company policies and procedures
• Keep uniform and personal appearance clean and professional, protect company assets, and comply with quality assurance standards
• Anticipate guests' service needs, speak clearly and professionally, and perform other reasonable duties requested by supervisors

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• No related work experience or supervisory experience required
• Physical ability to reach, bend, twist, pull and stoop, and to lift or carry objects up to 10 pounds
