Specialist, Growth Conversion

About the role

As a Growth Operations Specialist you will own the technical administration and integration ecosystem of HubSpot for the Growth Team, ensuring reliable platform performance, clean data, and workflows aligned with business goals. You will drive pipeline growth by optimizing lead generation and conversion processes, supporting lifecycle campaigns, and continuously improving CRM architecture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive HubSpot CRM strategy aligned with revenue goals.
• Design, implement, and refine complex automations, A/B tests, and multivariate experiments.
• Manage HubSpot configuration, properties, pipelines, lifecycle stages, and user permissions.
• Oversee integrations with third‑party tools (Zapier, Make, Clay, Apollo, Salesforce, Slack, billing platforms) and troubleshoot sync errors.
• Maintain data hygiene through deduplication, normalization, and segmentation.
• Collaborate with sales ops, engineering, and design teams on custom API work, webhooks, and UX/UI improvements.
• Produce growth reports and dashboards using HubSpot analytics, Sigma, and Google Sheets, generating actionable insights.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in CRM, conversion rate optimization, or related roles.
• Proven track record of driving CRM optimization initiatives and improving engagement metrics.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret complex user behavior data.
• Excellent communication skills to convey insights to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with HubSpot CRM administration and analytics.
• Experience with integration platforms such as Zapier and Make (Integromat).
• Working knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and connecting HubSpot to external systems.
• Familiarity with data enrichment tools like Clay, Apollo, or Clearbit.
• Basic scripting knowledge in JavaScript or Python (optional).
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
