About the role

We are seeking a Strategic Growth and Algorithmic Innovation Lead to design and launch next‑generation social media ecosystems for US financial services. This 3‑month high‑intensity fellowship operates fully remote and bridges top LATAM talent with the most regulated financial market in the world.

Key responsibilities

• Architect disruptive, data‑driven social media strategies segmented by generational cohorts, investment profiles and behavioral triggers.
• Develop predictive distribution models using platform algorithms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, X) to maximise organic reach, engagement velocity and conversion efficiency.
• Integrate generative AI and machine‑learning tools for real‑time sentiment analysis, churn prediction and hyper‑personalised creative adaptation.
• Own the full project lifecycle, from concept through execution, monitoring and post‑mortem analysis, delivering executive‑level performance dashboards.
• Lead sophisticated A/B and multivariate testing programmes to optimise ad creatives, messaging, targeting and consumer journey touchpoints.
• Continuously scan emerging platforms and algorithmic shifts to secure first‑mover advantage.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategic digital innovation, preferably within regulated sectors such as finance.
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of translating complex data into actionable business insights.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote, fast‑paced environment and collaborate directly with executive leadership.
