About the role
The Sub Manager will support the Store Manager in ensuring smooth daily operations of the restaurant in Amatitlán. The focus is on delivering high‑quality service, especially for home‑delivery orders.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the operational execution at the point of sale, ensuring standards are met.
- Manage restaurant staff, schedule shifts, and monitor performance.
- Implement and refine operational processes to improve efficiency.
- Coordinate and prioritize home‑delivery orders to meet customer expectations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the Store Manager on day‑to‑day issues.
- Monitor inventory levels and support ordering when needed.
Required profile
- Experience in restaurant or retail operations management.
- Strong leadership and team‑coordination abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Good communication skills in Spanish.
