About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor acts as the link between administrative and operational processes in the warehouse, ensuring that operational staff execute tasks correctly and that incidents are resolved promptly.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the first‑line team and guarantee that all work orders are completed while maintaining warehouse operational controls.
• Verify inbound freight against shipping documents and resolve discrepancies with the originating unit.
• Validate proper picking, assortment review, and loading of units to certify loads and ensure service quality.
• Manage incidents related to real versus reported sales during unit returns.
• Generate reports for all areas involved in the process.
• Apply and uphold safety, quality, and environmental standards (QSE) and maintain optimal industrial safety conditions.
• Monitor performance indicators for loading, storage, incident control, and freight targets per shift.

Required profile

• Completed studies in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.
• 1‑3 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor.
• Experience with inventory control, quality standards, SAP, and database handling.
• Background in mass‑consumer or distribution companies is desirable.
• Strong commitment to service, operational discipline, self‑management, effectiveness, versatility, and teamwork.
