Supervisor de Bodega – Zona 18

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the first‑line team in our Zona 18 facility. The role connects administrative and operational processes, ensuring smooth execution of warehouse activities and timely resolution of incidents.

Key responsibilities

• Guide and supervise the operational staff to guarantee completion of work orders and maintain operational controls.
• Verify inbound freight against delivery notes and resolve discrepancies with the originating unit.
• Validate picking, assortment review, and loading to certify load quality and service standards.
• Manage real‑versus‑reported sales incidents for returned units and generate reports for involved areas.
• Apply and monitor safety, quality, and environmental standards (QSE) and maintain optimal industrial safety conditions.
• Track and report on loading, storage, incident, and freight indicators, meeting unit‑per‑shift targets.

Required profile

• Completed studies in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• 1‑3 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, preferably in fast‑moving consumer goods or distribution.
• Immediate availability for night shift work.
