Supervisor de Centros de Servicio – Región Oriente

About the role

We are looking for a Supervisor to oversee the Service Centers in the Oriente region, based at our Rio Hondo (Zacapa) headquarters. The role ensures the strategic commercialization process runs smoothly, aligns with pricing policies, and supports the implementation of marketing plans across all centers.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, control and monitor the strategic commercialization process of the business.
• Ensure compliance with commercial and pricing policies.
• Implement marketing plans and define sales strategies for each Service Center.
• Maintain order, control and high-quality customer service at all centers.
• Travel to all Service Centers in the Oriente region to provide on-site supervision.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Age over 25 years.
• Minimum 2 years of experience supervising staff and developing business.
• Willingness and ability to travel throughout the Oriente region.
• Good knowledge of the Oriente territory.
• Own vehicle in good condition and a valid driver’s license.
• Service-oriented mindset with strong commercial focus, analytical ability, supervision and leadership skills.
