About the role

The Distribution Supervisor will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency and coordination of logistics processes within ALCSA's facilities. This position oversees route planning, fleet management, and load supervision to guarantee timely and accurate deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate local and departmental delivery routes, leveraging 2‑3 years of route planning experience.
• Supervise work teams, preferably drivers and assistants, ensuring performance and safety standards.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of the truck fleet in collaboration with the maintenance department.
• Control the loading process, verifying product accuracy and quantities, and resolve conflicts promptly.
• Communicate effectively with the commercial area to guarantee punctual deliveries and provide clear instructions to drivers.
• Manage GPS tracking systems to monitor vehicle locations and performance.

Required profile

• Previous experience in logistics management.
• Ability to coordinate and lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Analytical skills to optimize processes and improve efficiency.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience using GPS tracking and fleet monitoring systems.
