About the role

Goddard Enterprises Ltd is looking for a motivated Supervisor of Billing and Dispatch to join its aviation and culinary services team in Guatemala. You will play a key part in improving data capture processes for orders and dispatches, ensuring timely delivery of consumption data to billing, and overseeing the accurate liquidation of client consumptions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement enhancements to the structures used for capturing order and dispatch data.
• Guarantee that consumption data reaches the billing department promptly.
• Manage the timely liquidation of consumptions to customers.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align processes with company standards.
• Monitor performance metrics and suggest continuous improvements.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a multicultural, fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish; English is a plus.
• Proven experience in billing, dispatch, or related supervisory roles.
