Supervisor de Granja

About the role

The Farm Supervisor is responsible for protecting employees, visitors and facilities through security controls, monitoring, and ensuring compliance with established safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular security patrols throughout the farm premises.
• Monitor adherence to security policies and report any unusual activity.
• Control access for external workers and visitors, preventing entry into restricted zones.
• Manage vehicle entry and exit at side gates.
• Maintain order in public access areas and verify staff activity during work shifts.
• Record and report temperature readings for cold rooms, solar panels, boiler and water levels.
• Ensure the electric plant is shut down at the end of the shift.
• Assist with client channel deliveries and report theft or security breaches.

Required profile

• Minimum education: third grade of basic schooling.
• Experience in security and customer service.
• Knowledge of security norms, crisis procedures and self‑defense.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to produce reports.
• Capacity to make decisions in emergencies and interact with the public.
