About the role

We are looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to oversee the cleaning systems and procedures of equipment installations in a food production environment. The role ensures compliance with safety and food hygiene standards while supporting continuous production.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the cleaning program is executed according to the management plan and schedule to guarantee production continuity.
• Supervise assigned personnel to guarantee adherence to established processes.
• Control chemical resources, utensils and cleaning products.
• Execute the cleaning budget, meeting expense projections and performance indicators.
• Identify improvement opportunities in cleaning procedures and chemicals, optimizing resources and meeting future requirements.
• Communicate any issues or deficiencies that hinder cleaning execution to enable corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate training programs for staff to ensure cleaning activities comply with quality standards.

Required profile

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Processing Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in production processes.
• Knowledge of BPMs, HACCP and SSO.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Availability to work rotating shifts.
• Own transportation.
