About the role

Join a leading team as a Logistics Supervisor, responsible for leading and coordinating daily warehouse operations. You will ensure productivity, inventory accuracy, and continuous process improvement using lean principles.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise container unloading, guaranteeing safety and efficiency.
• Ensure accurate registration and placement of goods in the warehouse management system.
• Supervise staff performance, assign daily tasks, and manage incidents.
• Report process deviations and monitor KPI compliance, producing daily and weekly reports.
• Implement continuous improvements in reception processes.
• Maintain order, cleanliness, and a balanced, up‑to‑date inventory.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in planning, goods reception, inventory handling, WMS, and document management.
• Basic knowledge of Incoterms.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Own vehicle or ability to work in zone 6 of the capital.
