About the role
The Construction Maintenance Supervisor will support overall supervision of construction works and projects from initiation through completion. This position focuses on meticulous monitoring of time schedules and quality standards for all tasks that constitute the project.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in supervising daily construction activities and maintenance tasks.
- Ensure projects progress according to planned timelines.
- Monitor and enforce quality standards throughout the execution phase.
- Coordinate with site teams to address any deviations or issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of project milestones and performance metrics.
Required profile
- Proven experience in supervising construction or maintenance projects.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to oversee multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good understanding of construction processes and safety regulations.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with site personnel and stakeholders.
