About the role

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operational activities, ensuring compliance with procedures, service standards, and performance targets. The role guarantees continuity, efficiency, and quality across all operational areas.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operational tasks, ensuring adherence to programs, procedures, and service levels.
• Coordinate and assign shifts, routes, and tasks to operational staff based on operational needs.
• Monitor schedules, productivity, quality, and response to service requests.
• Ensure proper use and availability of vehicles, equipment, tools, and materials.
• Verify compliance with internal policies, safety regulations, legal requirements, and operational procedures.
• Provide guidance to operational personnel, resolve doubts, and support incident handling.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Logistics, HR, Administration, and Customer Service to address operational needs.
• Record, investigate, and follow up on incidents, delays, complaints, and service disruptions.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions to improve efficiency and quality.
• Prepare reports on operations, KPI compliance, resource usage, and results.
• Ensure operational records, forms, and controls are complete and up‑to‑date.
• Participate in training, induction, and evaluation of operational staff.
• Assist in planning schedules, shift coverage, resource allocation, and contingency management.

Required profile

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Transport or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience supervising operations, logistics, transport, distribution or managing operational staff.
• Proven experience leading, coordinating, and supervising teams.
• Knowledge of operational processes, personnel control, shift planning, and KPI monitoring.
• Proficiency in Excel.
