About the role

The Production Supervisor will plan, coordinate and oversee operations at a chicken processing plant, ensuring production schedules, quality, food safety, industrial safety and animal welfare standards are met while optimizing human, material and equipment resources.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and control daily production to meet programmed volumes.
• Supervise all processing activities, ensuring compliance with quality, safety and performance standards.
• Manage quality and food‑safety programs, maintaining certifications and traceability.
• Lead and develop plant personnel, handling staffing, training and performance.
• Ensure industrial safety, occupational health and animal‑welfare compliance.
• Monitor production indicators and generate performance reports.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste.

Required profile

• Industrial Engineer or Agro‑Industrial Engineer degree.
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Production Supervisor in a mass‑consumer industry.
• Residence in the Escuintla area.
