Supervisor, Traffic & Transportation CCA

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Supervisor of Traffic and Transportation (CCA) to join our Supply Chain team in Guatemala. You will lead the execution of export and transportation operations across Central America and the Caribbean, ensuring on‑time deliveries while balancing service quality, cost efficiency, and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee transportation activities for Mexico, USA, and Central America sources, supporting replenishment programs and customer orders.
• Collaborate with Foreign Trade, Procurement, Internal Controls, and regional teams to maintain seamless end‑to‑end processes.
• Monitor carrier performance, enforce service level agreements, and act as the primary contact for internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Support freight budget planning, expense control, monthly provisions, and track transportation KPIs through dashboards.
• Lead logistics efficiency projects, identify cost‑saving opportunities, and report performance and savings to regional leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.
• Strong knowledge of budget management, transportation costs, and performance metrics.
• Advanced English proficiency for regional collaboration.

Required skills

• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Power BI knowledge (plus).
• Agile and Scrum certifications (plus).
• Power Automate knowledge (plus).
