About the role

The Physical Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing outsourced security operations across agency offices and administrative headquarters. The role ensures that people, facilities, assets and information are protected in line with internal policies, procedures and protocols, supporting continuous operations and risk mitigation.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and control third‑party physical security services at multiple locations.
• Ensure compliance with internal norms, policies, procedures and security protocols.
• Monitor daily security activities to guarantee protection of personnel, infrastructure, assets and data.
• Report incidents, assess risks and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain schedules, including full‑time weekdays and a half‑day on Saturday.

Required profile

• High‑school diploma (graduado a nivel medio).
• Minimum 2 years of experience supervising physical security in any business sector.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to operate both automatic and manual vehicles.
• Strong commitment to organizational purpose, collaboration and results.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
