Supply Chain Manager – LATAM

About the role

East-West Seed is seeking a strategic, hands‑on Supply Chain Manager for the LATAM region. Based in Guatemala with a hybrid work model, you will lead end‑to‑end seed supply across Mexico, Guatemala, Brazil and export markets, reporting to both the LATAM Leadership Team and the Global Supply Chain Leadership Team.

Key responsibilities

• Align regional operations with global priorities and high‑growth targets.
• Own S&OP/IBP governance, balancing demand, supply and inventory across complex agricultural cycles.
• Oversee logistics, distribution and plant operations in coordination with global hubs, including the Netherlands.
• Manage key performance metrics such as OTIF, forecast accuracy, inventory turns, logistics costs and working capital.
• Mentor and unify a geographically dispersed team, fostering a "One Supply Chain" culture.

Required profile

• 8+ years of progressive supply chain leadership in agriculture, agribusiness, seeds or FMCG.
• Proven experience implementing S&OP/IBP, Lean continuous‑improvement and regional transformation initiatives.
• Comfort operating in a complex matrix organization with multi‑country scope.
• Business fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a strong plus.
