Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Support Engineer to resolve application incidents caused by component errors and configuration issues. The role focuses on maintaining system stability, optimizing performance, and collaborating with technical teams to implement enhancements.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve application incidents related to code, database, and configuration problems.
• Analyze SQL Server databases and review .NET code to ensure reliable operations.
• Work with web services and IIS to support stable application environments.
• Recommend best‑practice configuration settings and coordinate development requests with relevant teams.
• Provide tier‑1 and tier‑2 support to internal and external customers, including night‑shift coverage when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field (completed or near completion).
• Minimum 3 years of technical support experience for software products.
• Bilingual Spanish‑English; interviews and tests will be conducted in English.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and flexibility to work shift schedules.
• Experience in the banking sector is a plus.
