Talent Acquisition Operations Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Operations Lead to build and scale the recruiting engine for a fast‑growing company that connects Latin American talent with US businesses. You will oversee recruiters, optimise workflows, and ensure every search moves efficiently from sourcing to candidate presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support recruiters and sourcers across multiple searches.
• Monitor pipeline health, recruiter capacity and search progress.
• Establish practical recruiting processes, standards and metrics.
• Improve sourcing and screening strategies for various role types.
• Organise and optimise our ATS/CRM and recruiting tools.
• Identify bottlenecks and turn successful practices into repeatable processes.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing or recruiting operations.
• Previous experience as a recruiter, preferably with leadership or mentoring responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of sourcing, screening, pipelines and recruiting metrics.
• Experience managing multiple searches simultaneously.
• Excellent English communication skills and highly organised, analytical mindset.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with ATS/CRM platforms such as Recruit CRM, Greenhouse, Ashby, Workable or Lever.
• Familiarity with recruiting automation or AI tools (when applicable).
