Talent Network Social Media Brand Strategist

About the role

Toptal is seeking a Talent Network Social Media Brand Strategist to join a brand‑new venture as a Creator Agent. Working directly with the General Manager and Operations Director, you will coach and accelerate the growth of content creator users while building the foundations of a scalable coaching function.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard creators, assess performance, and identify growth opportunities across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Provide 1‑to‑1 coaching on content strategy, packaging, scripting, and community building.
• Define weekly goals and metrics to improve click‑through, retention, follower growth, and engagement.
• Guide creators toward professional publishing standards and prepare them for monetization.
• Activate brand deals and new revenue opportunities once creators achieve traction.
• Design, test, and refine coaching methodologies, turning learnings into playbooks, training materials, and repeatable processes.

Required profile

• Senior creator strategist with proven success growing accounts on major social platforms.
• Builder mindset – able to think like a strategist, operate like a creator, and act like an early‑stage founder.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret performance data and drive rapid iteration.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working in a fully remote environment.
