About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Field Sales Team Leader to coordinate and support our sales force on the road. The role involves traveling to assigned locations, guiding the team throughout the workday, and ensuring sales targets are met.
Key responsibilities
- Transport the sales team to assigned points using a panel-type vehicle.
- Accompany and assist the team during their daily activities.
- Monitor and follow up on the achievement of commercial goals and activities.
- Motivate the team to reach established objectives.
- Maintain constant communication with the Sales Supervisor.
Required profile
- Strong leadership and sense of responsibility.
- Willingness to work 100% in the field.
- Result‑oriented mindset.
- Valid driver’s license (type B) is desirable.
