About the role

The Electronic Technician at Grupo Atom will be responsible for assembling, testing and repairing the company's electronic equipment. This is a full‑time, onsite position in Huehuetenango that requires flexibility to work rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday with one weekday off.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble electronic devices according to specifications.
• Perform functional testing and verification of circuits.
• Diagnose equipment faults and identify root causes.
• Replace defective components and perform soldering as needed.
• Make final adjustments to ensure proper operation.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Document incidents, maintenance actions and test results.
• Support the technical team in continuous improvement projects.

Required profile

• Technical training or diploma in electronics or related field.
• Willingness to work rotating shift schedules, including weekends.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to read schematics.
• Team‑oriented attitude and good communication skills.
