About the role

Vantive, together with Renal Care Services, is seeking a dedicated Hemodialysis Technician to provide comprehensive care to patients with chronic or acute renal insufficiency. The role focuses on ensuring high‑quality dialysis treatment, patient education, and adherence to clinical protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver integral patient care throughout hemodialysis programs, guaranteeing treatment quality and compliance.
• Guide new patients through the induction process for initiating dialysis at the clinic.
• Conduct training sessions for patients and their families to promote continuity and retention in dialysis programs.
• Implement actions required for patients to meet prescribed dialysis goals.
• Perform nursing‑specific hemodialysis procedures in line with established protocols and guidelines.

Required profile

• Experience or training in renal care and hemodialysis environments.
• Ability to follow clinical protocols and maintain patient safety standards.
