Track & Trace Agent (Weekdays Off)

About the role

The Track & Trace Agent ensures shipments are continuously monitored from pickup to delivery. Working primarily on weekdays, you will keep all shipment statuses up‑to‑date, communicate with carriers, drivers, and internal teams, and handle related logistics documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Track loads through all stages – pickup, in‑transit, and delivered.
• Acknowledge partner notifications and record all load information in the system.
• Confirm pickups and deliveries with carriers.
• Contact carriers to verify shipping hours and load readiness.
• Provide continuous location updates for each load.
• Call drivers or dispatchers to obtain ETA and current position.
• Forward border/customs documents to the appropriate department.
• Interpret logistics documents such as Proof of Delivery (POD) and Bill of Lading (BOL).
• Handle inbound calls from dispatch and trip monitors.
• Maintain phone and email communication with contracted carriers and company drivers.

Required profile

• High‑level English proficiency (B2 or above).
• Flexible schedule to work weekdays off.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and/or logistics.

Required skills

• Understanding of logistics documentation (POD, BOL).
