Trade Marketing Junior – Retail

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Trade Marketing Junior to manage in‑store communication for our brand in Guatemala City. You will work within the Marketing and Advertising department, collaborating with multiple teams to ensure our brand is presented effectively at the point of sale.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement creative point‑of‑sale (POS) strategies to attract customers.
• Coordinate the production, quotation, printing, and installation of POP materials.
• Manage budgets and vendor relationships for visual communication projects.
• Supervise field execution and installations to guarantee brand consistency.
• Monitor market trends and adapt visual merchandising concepts accordingly.

Required profile

• Advanced student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communication, Graphic Design, Advertising or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in visual communication, trade marketing or POP material management within the retail sector.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and a results‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication abilities and teamwork skills.
