Trafikker – Gestión de campañas publicitarias digitales

About the role

The Trafikker will be responsible for planning, launching and continuously optimizing digital advertising campaigns for our clients across multiple platforms. This full‑time, onsite position is based in Ciudad de Guatemala and works closely with content, design and account teams to deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, implement and daily optimize paid media campaigns on platforms such as Meta, Google and TikTok.
• Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and adjust targeting, budgets and creative assets to meet client objectives.
• Set up and manage tracking tools including pixels, tags and Google Analytics.
• Collaborate with content, design and account teams to ensure campaign alignment with overall strategy.
• Prepare regular performance reports and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Previous experience managing digital advertising campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS and other key metrics.
• Proficiency in using tracking technologies such as pixels, tags and Google Analytics.
• Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective communication, teamwork orientation and a proactive attitude toward campaign optimization.
