Transport Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Transport Coordinator to manage daily fuel freight operations and ensure accurate reconciliation of freight data across our industrial sites. The role involves close collaboration with haulers, finance, and logistics teams to maintain timely and precise reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily fuel freight reconciliation for PEG & EGU and update weekly freight reports.
• Review, reconcile and send freight reports to haulers and finance, incorporating scheduling, deviations, tolls and additional charges.
• Monitor fuel deliveries to BtB and RET customers, track mechanical failures, claims and product‑quality issues.
• Register drivers and units in Navision and follow up on pending actions.
• Coordinate and resolve delays in loading, routing and unloading with customers and haulers.
• Provide real‑time unit locations via GPS requests.
• Conduct weekly freight reconciliation, generate purchase orders and manage approval and payment processes.
• Handle transport credit notes, process F45/F152/F254 forms and compile supplier performance reports.

Required profile

• Technical education as a Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical or Industrial Technician.
• Minimum two years of experience in industrial maintenance, production, logistics or transportation.
• Ability to manage databases and work with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong teamwork and customer‑orientation competencies.

• Experience using Navision for driver and unit registration.
