Vehicle Sales Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Vehicle Sales Advisor to join our automotive dealership in Quetzaltenango. You will guide customers in selecting the vehicle that best matches their needs, nurture sales opportunities, and ensure a high‑quality service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in identifying suitable vehicles based on their preferences and budget.
• Generate and follow up on sales leads, including cold‑calling and prospecting new clients.
• Maintain a portfolio of prospects, providing timely updates and follow‑ups.
• Coordinate test drives, negotiate terms, and close sales transactions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the buying process.

Required profile

• Graduated from secondary education or currently enrolled in a university program.
• Previous sales experience in any sector (e.g., consumer goods, banking, telecommunications).
• Proven ability in prospecting, cold calling, and managing a sales pipeline.
• Valid type C driver’s license and personal vehicle (mandatory).
