About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic sales professionals to join our growing travel team in Guatemala City. As a Travel Sales Advisor you will promote travel packages, engage with customers, and help them plan memorable trips.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect daily leads provided by the company and generate new business opportunities.
• Follow up with prospects, negotiate terms, and close sales to meet targets.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and update customer information.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with the commercial department to achieve collective goals.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in tourism or related sectors.
• Strong orientation to results and ability to meet sales quotas.
• Proactive attitude, initiative, and good objection‑handling skills.
• Availability to work onsite with flexible hours.
• University studies in Administration, Marketing, Tourism, Business or related fields (in progress or completed).

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms and digital sales tools.
